Anyone who knows me or follows my blog knows I love a challenge, especially one that makes you feel good about yourself. Perfect combination. A while back I came across Lauren Messiah on Instagram, style expert, entrepreneur and all round amazing woman. She has gorgeous pictures (obviously), great fashion tips, regularly asks questions that make you think about your style choices and sets mini fashion challenges to keep things interesting.
Tomorrow is the start of the Lauren Messiah Love Your Body Challenge. 10 days of guided challenge to reassess your relationship with your body and wardrobe.
I don’t have the worst relationship with my body, but like every woman out there I do have some hang ups and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with getting to the root of any image issues. A confidence boost is never a bad thing either!
I’m excited, if anyone else is curious I’d recommend following the link above. It’s all free so what have you got to lose? Better yet, it starts on a Tuesday, that is the worst day of the week (in my opinion) but diets that start on a Monday never work – not that this is a diet, it definitely isn’t.
